It's a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of many while enjoying a night out.

- Time: Check-in and Silent Auction open at 5:30 pm; Dinner and program begin at 6:30 pm
- Parking: Free parking garage or optional valet service for $17
- Dress Code: Smart Casual
Registration:
To join, simply register at https://www.proclaimcuba.org/ptc and select my name as your Table Host. Alternatively, reply to this email, and I'll handle the registration for you! There is no cost to attend, but as this is a fundraising event, contributions will be welcomed.

TABLE HOST FAQ'S
Where do I park? Free Parking: You can park in the purple garage at the Galleria, which is the closest to the event. Valet Service: Optional valet service is available for $17 at the front of the hotel.
Do I need a ticket to get in? No physical tickets are needed but all guests must register.
What is the check-in process like? Our check-in process is quick and easy! When a guest arrives at the event, they simply make their way to the 3rd floor where our check-in team will greet them and ask for their name. The guest will receive three items: A card with a table number An “Auction Kit” for registering on the Auction platform A numbered live auction bidding paddle After check-in, guests can enjoy a beverage and snacks, browse and bid on auction items, and take a picture in our photo both!
How do I inform you of my food allergies? During registration, there is a section to note any food allergies. Our catering staff will accommodate accordingly to ensure everyone can enjoy the meal safely. If guest allergy information needs to be provided at any time please use info@proclaimcuba.org with the subject line of “Food allergies for (name of guest)” Please describe the food allergy in the body of the email.
Can I bring my kids to the event? While we love kids, we ask you not bring children under 18.
How many seats are at my table? Each table comfortably seats 10 people. It is possible to seat a maximum of 12 people at a table but it is tight!
How does the silent auction work? Our silent auction is conducted online via the Handbid platform. Physical items will be displayed with QR codes for easy access to bidding. Our silent auction team will be available throughout the room to answer any questions. We will announce the closing of the silent auction following dinner and the live auction at the end of the program. Winners can collect their prizes in the auction space just outside the ballroom following the event. How to bid video: https://vimeo.com/328476081
