Based on the discussion about how to best handle the growth of our organization, I have compiled a list of action items to pursue in the coming months.

 

NEXT STEPS 

• Use a mix of employees / contractors / volunteers to meet needs

• Create an organizational chart with assigned value to help with prioritization of adding personnel

• Question to answer: What percentage do other organizations use for staff?

• Identify the milestones for the 10-year plan and assess what monetary and human resources will be needed to support the milestones.

• Develop a volunteer program to serve everyone well

  • Publish volunteer opportunities

  • Ask volunteers for skill sets and interests

  • Use events for gathering volunteers

2024 The Ray Golf Tournament

• Serve on the Tournament Planning Committee

 

2024 Passport to Cuba Dinner and Auction

• Serve on the PTC Planning Committee

• Serve as Auction Chair to oversee the event auction

• Be a part of the Auction Committee to solicit and gather items

 

2024 Trip Leader

• Lead a mission team to Cuba

 

Introduce a potential ministry partner to Proclaim Cuba

 

Facilitate a Cuba Interest Lunch at your home church 

 

Host a small group Cuba Coffee Hour
